Tasmanian heritage cheeses are fine quality cheeses from Australia’s only island state, Tasmania. Tasmania is known as the natural state because of the large, pure, undeveloped atmosphere with fresh clear waters, lush green grass, and fertile soils, making it the home of many dairy farms and artisan cheese-makers. The cheeses are crafted by traditional European techniques using the purest milks.
